a) to process your application and generate invoices throughout the academic year;
b) to contact you if required in connection with your application, your/your child’s studies with WSMD or to respond to any communications you might send to us;
c) to communicate with you about WSMD activities;
d) student name, parent name and phone numbers are automatically given to the relevant tutor and to any tutor that may be supervising concert workshops;
e) all parent contact details (name, email address and/or mobile number) are automatically placed on our Mailing Lists (Outlook and MailChimp) and SMS Text Messaging List/WhatsApp to keep you updated with information / timetables / dates for your diary.
- Non-Personal Data: We use the non-personal data gathered from visitors to our website in an aggregate form to get a better understanding of where our visitors come from and to help us better design and organise our website.

We will not disclose your personal data to other third parties unless you have consented to this disclosure.Examples of other third parties include exam boards (RIAM, ABRSM, Trinity College London, etc).We will, however, disclose your personal data if we believe in good faith that we are required to disclose it to comply with any applicable law or other statutory requirement.
