Musicianship Classes with KERRY ANDERSON.
There's no doubt, these classes accelerate the pace of learning an instrument. It's the raw material from which to craft the skill. Playing an instrument is a form of self-expression. Individual tuition focuses on how to hold the instrument for ease, to avoid strain. Musicianship gives the student the skills to read the score, develop the internal hearing necessary to be expressive.
Musicianship classes take place in East Glendalough School, Wicklow town. These are group classes and the cost is €10 per class for enrolled students, payable in advance for the term, and run for 30 minutes.
Junior Musicianship classes (beginner to Grade 1) take place on Wednesdays at 5.30pm with Kerry Anderson.
